Fair ones, answered straight

Is my pay data private?

Yes. Your documents and numbers are private to your account, encrypted in transit and at rest. There are no ads and no analytics trackers in the app, and we never sell data. You can delete your account and everything in it from Settings, without asking us. The full policy is one page: read it here.

Will it read my restaurant's slips?

ShiftTally was built on real POS clockout slips, Dayforce tip deposits, and payroll PDFs, and the readers keep learning new formats. If yours parses wrong, send it to support@getshifttally.com and it becomes a test case.

What if I don't have a slip for a shift?

Mark the clockout as lost. The shift stays in the ledger and your tip deposit becomes its witness, clearly marked as single-source. The app never pretends a number without a document behind it is proof.

What does it cost?

Nothing during early access. After launch, tracking and verifying your pay stays free forever; Pro at $4.99 a month unlocks the Insights page, where the forecasts, records, and trophies live, plus dispute exports and tax summaries when they ship.

Is there an iPhone version?

Android first. iOS is planned, and the web app works everywhere in the meantime.
